European Rock Band info announced

Rock Band GearYesterday, EA announced the official release date and pricing of Rock Band on Xbox 360 for Europe. Now it is known by most people that a lot of the time Europe gets screwed over with game releases, but I think this one takes the cake.

On May 23, a whopping 6 months after the US release, Rock Band will be coming out to all of you Europeans. Now instead of bundling it all up, which is what would make most sense, you are going to have to buy everything separately.  The ‘Instrument Edition’ (which only contains the drum kit, guitar, and mic) will retail for a whopping 169 EUR, which if you do a direct conversion, equals to about 265 USD. The game will be sold completely separate from the instruments for 69.99 EUR or about 110 USD, after conversion. Then, if you still have any money left over, you can buy the wireless guitar.

Apparently 6 months longer wait and a little more then 2 times the price is justified with under 10 special songs.  To see the full set list that supposedly makes up for the price difference, hit the source below.
